Perk Up Coffee Challenge

Run, jog or walk the 5.7km loop in either direction to be in with your chance of winning a free coffee or sweet treat.

All you have to do is come and say hi (so you have to do this on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday) and complete the loop. Make sure you record your time on your watch and come and see us as you finish. If you're in the top 3 for your age group you'll get a free hot drink.

If you're not in the top 3 you'll still get a free sweet treat with any hot drink purchase.

Here at Perk Up Coffee we are really keen to encourage people to come and enjoy the river path and see the benefits of exercise on your physical and mental health. It really makes our day when people come and complete the challenge so don't be shy, come and give it a go.
